Data: Child poverty rate estimates, after housing costs (Loughborough University/JRF 2022/23). / Hex layout: 2024 constituencies (Open Innovations and contributors)

Notes

These figures were published by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation in their UK Poverty Report 2025 appendix: UK Poverty 2025 charts and tables.

The data comes from Loughborough University. They took 2023 data from the Department for Work and Pensions, HMRC and Department of Communities in Northern Ireland obtained under FOI, to get figures for the old pre-2024 electoral boundaries. They then modelled that data onto the new election boundaries.

The GSS codes given by Loughborough for five Scottish constituencies have been manually updated to their 2024 values.
